Of course! We think it is important that consumers offer good protection with their purchases, which is why we are affiliated with Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Can I come and pick up my ordered lamp?

Yes that is possible! After you have made an order you can come and pick it up by appointment. You can also visit to take a look at the latest types of LED growth bulbs and other LED lighting.

How can I pay?

We think it is important that you can pay safely, confident and easily. That is why we use the most reliable partners in online payment. The different methods that you can use are:
- Pay when ordering: iDEAL, PayPal, Creditcard, Mistercash (Belgium) and by transfer
- Upon receipt: Cash on delivery
- When picking up: cash

What are the shipping costs at the LED department store?

We ship all our packages with PostNL, they are reliable and in most cases your package will arrive within 1 day after shipment. If this is not the case, you can contact us and send the track & trace number so that you can keep an eye on the package. You can also use the PostNL app, there you can see under the input of the zip code whether there are packages on the way to your front door. The shipping costs are charged 1 on 1, so we will never calculate more shipping costs than we pay. Is my shipment insured?

Yes, up to 500 euros as standard via PostNL.

I accidentally placed an order, how do I cancel it?
