Are you affiliated with a quality mark?

Of course! We think it is important that consumers offer good protection with their purchases, which is why we are affiliated with Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. Returns, how does that work?

Can I pick up my ordered lamp?

Yes that is possible! After you have placed an order, you can pick it up by appointment. You can also visit us to take a look at the latest types of LED grow lights and other LED lighting.

How can I pay?

We think it is important that you can pay safely, reliably and easily. That is why we use the most reliable partners in online payments. The different methods you can use are:
- Payment upon order: iDEAL, Paypal, credit card, MisterCash (Belgium) and by bank transfer
- On receipt: Cash on delivery
- On collection: Cash

What are the shipping costs at Het LED Warenhuis?

We ship all our packages with PostNL, they are reliable and in most cases your package will arrive within 1 day after shipment. If this is not the case, you can contact us and we will send you the Track & Trace number so that you can keep an eye on the package. You can also use the PostNL App , where you can see under entering the zip code whether packages are on their way to your front door. The shipping costs are charged 1 to 1, so we will never charge you more shipping costs than we pay. Is my shipment insured?

Yes, up to 500 euros standard via PostNL.

Privacy - Is my data safe here?

I accidentally placed an order, how do I cancel it?

An order is not complete until payment has been made, if you have not already done so, it is not necessarily necessary to cancel the order.
