Can I use my right of withdrawal?

Of course! In addition to the fact that we are happy to offer this protection to you, this is also required by law. You can therefore cancel your order within 14 days of purchase (starting on the day of receipt). Return the package within 14 days of cancellation and you will receive the purchase amount (again within 14 days). Please note that the lamp then returns unused and preferably in the original packaging.

When in doubt you can of course always Contact to withdraw. The repayment goes in the same way that you have paid and does not entail any extra costs. We do not charge delivery costs or return costs. Of course we would like to know how we can improve services and our products, so we will ask for your unsalted opinion :).
